This event promises to be a one-of-a-kind immersive experience, combining the art of glassblowing with culinary creativity. Lou Lou Glass is a master of her craft.
**How the collaboration began:**
We first met Lindsey in 2023, just before the Hedge School festival. After seeing her incredible work, we commissioned a piece to be created during the festival weekend. This piece is now proudly displayed in the hotel and is featured on our event poster.
Following that weekend, we began sourcing local suppliers for Glas Restaurant. The Potidor crafted our crockery, and after working with the talented Lindsey, we commissioned her to make our water glasses.
These custom glasses will be unveiled for the first time on the 30th of November.
To make the evening even more special, Lindsey will also create some unique display pieces specifically for the event. These will be revealed in tandem with the unveiling of the tasting menu on the night.
